Limited space available for once or twice per month (even weekly if you’d prefer) private residential cleans. These clients receive personalized cleaning services, and help keep our team busy all year long. You will be assigned the same cleaner, every single time, ensuring efficiency and thorough cleaning. Quoted rate is lowered depending on frequency. Rate is higher if we clean once per month and lower if we clean twice or more per month (because things stay much cleaner.) Billed piece-rate.
Short-Term Rental Cleaning

We’ll communicate with you, you communicate with your guests. We work exclusively with self-managed property owners to ensure a memorable experience for your guests. It’s always recommended you begin your tenure with BHCS with a deep clean, this will bring your property up to a 5 star level that is easier to maintain. We make self managing your STR easy. Deep Cleaning
This is the key. The golden ticket. Whether you are one of our regular clients or not, deep cleaning takes your property from “eh” to “awe”. Paramount for those 5-star reviews, or simply for making your private getaway space a place where you put your feet up, not another place to work your butt off. You’ve earned your second home, enjoy it. Deep cleans are scheduled in May/June and/or October/November and billed hourly.
